Custom made items and intimate apparel items are non returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling.
Made-to-measure items will be made from the information supplied, so please MEASURE CAREFULLY and feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions.
If a made-to-measure item does not fit, we can not offer a refund.
